All scholarships which were previously offered by the Republic of Turkey to the

citizens of the foreign countries have been re-organized under the title of “Türkiye

Scholarships”.

Within the framefork of “Türkiye Scholarships”, students of Romanian nationality

can apply for the below-mentioned categories:

- Undergraduate Program: “Black Sea Scholarships”;

- Graduate Programs: “Ali Kușçu Science and Technology”, “Ibni Haldun Social

Sciences”, “History and Civilization Studies” and “Economic Studies”;

- Branch Programs: “Ibni Sina Medical Sciences Scholarship”, “Islamic Theology

Scholarship”, “Yunus Emre Turkish Language Scholarship”.

The necessary information (program details, conditions for applications, documents

that need to be submitted etc.) regarding the afore-mentioned scholarship programs can be accessed through the official website of the “Türkiye Scholarships”

(http://www.trscholarships.org/en). The applications can also be made on-line through the said website.

The deadline for the applications is June 1, 2012.
